“Arrested Development” fans, your wait is over. Portia de Rossi and the rest of the gang are finally back with a new episode at 8 p.m. on Fox. As most of you know, Fox has cut back its order of the comedy, which pretty much brings the series to an end — unless, of course, the rumors of the show being shopped around to other networks are true. Imagine what the show would be like if it were on HBO or Showtime.

“Kitchen Confidential,” which airs directly after “Arrested,” is most likely over. Fox never gave the restaurant comedy a chance to gather an audience, despite its appearance on many critics’ “must see” lists of the new season. The series stars Bradley Cooper as former hot-shot chef Jack Bourdain, who is given a second chance at success. Among his staff is bitchy gay waiter Cameron, played by out actor Sam Pancake. Catch it while you can.

TV Gay Guide hasn’t found anything interesting gay-wise on MTV for a while, but that’s about to change. “Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet II” starts its new season of challenges at 10 p.m. This time it’s the “Veterans” against the “Rookies” for cash and prizes. Playing for the Veterans are Ruthie (”Real World: Hawaii”) and Aneesa (”Real World: Chicago”). And for the Rookies, it’s Danny from “Road Rules: Xtreme.” Yup, they’re all gay.

I thought I should bring this to attention because I am so happy our culture is finally changing
